Doc Topic Status

Authoring a new draft

  1. Drop it at docs/design-<topic>.md
  2. Lead with TL;DR + decision points (need your call)
  3. Use the recommend / lean pattern throughout
  4. End with phased implementation + estimates
  5. Link it from this page

Keep drafts short enough to read in 10 minutes. If a section blows past that, it's signalling itself as a separate doc.
